This leader will stabilize, professionalize, and scale the HR function across a large frontline workforce, partnering closely with executive leadership and field operations to improve retention, performance, and organizational consistency. The role requires a hands-on builder who thrives in high-growth, performance-driven environments and is comfortable being close to the field.

Key Responsibilities
HR Leadership & Infrastructure
- Own and lead the full Human Resources function across a large, distributed employee base.
- Build a scalable HR operating model designed to support continued geographic expansion.
- Introduce clarity around roles, processes, accountability, and service standards.
- Elevate HR from an administrative function to a business-enabling partner.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership while remaining operationally hands-on.
Retention, Engagement & Culture
- Design and implement a structured, data-driven retention strategy, particularly across frontline and manager populations.
- Standardize stay interviews, exit interviews, and engagement feedback mechanisms.
- Define and articulate a compelling employee value proposition aligned with company performance standards.
- Act as a visible culture carrier across markets, reinforcing accountability and energy.
- Strengthen onboarding and early-tenure engagement to improve ramp time and retention.
HR Analytics & Decision Support
- Build and own a robust people analytics capability.
- Analyze turnover by role, tenure, market, compensation structure, and performance indicators.
- Connect workforce data to productivity, growth, and financial outcomes.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to executive leadership rather than static reports.
- Partner closely with Finance and Operations to align workforce strategy with business objectives.
Field Leadership & Employee Relations
- Maintain strong in-person presence across field locations.
- Serve as a hands-on problem solver for complex employee and leadership matters.
- Ensure consistent application of policies and performance standards across markets.
- Build credibility with frontline leaders through visibility and responsiveness.
- Support measured travel as required to maintain field alignment.
Talent & Workforce Partnership
- Partner with Recruiting and Operations to improve hiring quality and workforce planning.
- Strengthen performance management, coaching, and leadership development frameworks.
- Ensure compliance across multi-state environments while maintaining operational agility.
Systems, Payroll & Benefits
- Evaluate and optimize HR systems, payroll processes, and benefits administration.
- Ensure scalable and clean operational workflows.
- Balance efficiency with employee experience as the organization continues to grow.
Qualifications & Experience
- Senior HR leadership experience with full-function ownership.
- This position is based in the Dallas area, with regular in-person presence required.
- Background in multi-site, high-growth environments with large frontline populations.
- Demonstrated success building structure within underdeveloped HR environments.
- Strong operational HR experience including compliance, employee relations, and workforce analytics.
- Experience supporting expansion, integration, or de novo growth models.
- Ability to operate at pace within performance-oriented environments.
- Proven track record assessing and elevating HR teams and infrastructure.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to operational results.
- Visible, high-energy leader comfortable in field-based settings.
- Open to travel as needed to maintain strong market presence.
