This leader designs and leads a global talent acquisition function that supports sustained growth, high hiring standards, and long-term organizational health.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute an end-to-end talent acquisition strategy aligned with company growth priorities.
  • Position Talent Acquisition as a strategic advisor to the business on workforce planning, org design, and hiring efficiency.
  • Balance hiring velocity with quality, consistency, and long-term talent density.

Operating Model & Scale

  • Design a scalable recruiting operating model with clear ownership, standards, and operating cadence.
  • Build systems, processes, and tools that support high-volume and specialized hiring across functions.
  • Establish data-driven forecasting, prioritization, and capacity planning for hiring demand.

Executive & Business Partnership

  • Partner closely with executive and functional leaders to anticipate talent needs and advise on hiring trade-offs.
  • Shift recruiting from reactive execution to proactive, insight-led partnership.
  • Serve as a trusted voice on market dynamics, talent availability, and hiring strategy.

Candidate Experience & Employer Representation

  • Ensure a high-touch, relationship-driven candidate experience that reflects the organization’s values and expectations.
  • Raise the bar on assessment, selection, and closing for senior and hard-to-hire roles.
  • Strengthen the organization’s external talent brand through disciplined, authentic engagement.

Team & Capability Building

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition leadership team.
  • Set clear performance expectations, metrics, and accountability across the function.
  • Invest in recruiter development, succession planning, and long-term capability building.

Process, Systems & Insight

  • Leverage data and analytics to measure hiring effectiveness, quality, and efficiency.
  • Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tooling, and decision frameworks.
  • Introduce rigor and structure without sacrificing speed or candidate experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Senior Talent Acquisition leadership experience within fast-growing, complex organizations.
  • Proven ability to build and scale recruiting functions through periods of rapid growth.
  • Experience hiring across technical, operational, and commercial roles.
  • Track record partnering deeply with executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong builder mindset with comfort creating structure from ambiguity.
  • Data-informed approach to recruiting strategy and performance management.
  • Credible, grounded leader with strong judgment and executive presence.
  • Low-ego, high-ownership leadership style with a bias toward outcomes.
