This is a full-time remote role for a Chief People and Culture Officer. The successful candidate will oversee the development and execution of HR strategies that foster a dynamic, inclusive, and empowering workplace culture. The role includes driving initiatives such as succession planning, employee engagement, managing HR policies, improving employee relations, and overseeing performance management systems. As the head of the people function, you will play a pivotal role in aligning organizational goals with employee development while supporting leadership through guidance and data-driven insights.
- Demonstrated expertise in Succession Planning and Performance Management
- Strong background in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement strategies
- In-depth knowledge of HR Policies development and implementation
- Leadership competencies, including strategic thinking and collaboration across cross-functional teams
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in leveraging HR analytics to inform decision-making
- Experience in a similar executive HR/Culture role, preferably in innovative or AI-focused organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
