Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday)
📍 New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior HRIS Analyst with strong Workday configuration and HR systems experience to support and enhance HR operations across the organization. This role will partner closely with HR, Payroll, and other business teams to manage Workday processes, troubleshoot issues, support implementations, and improve employee lifecycle operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR processes including hiring, onboarding, employee changes, leaves, and terminations in Workday
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes and workflows
- Partner with HR teams to troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions
- Support Workday implementations, enhancements, and system testing
- Maintain accurate employee and HR data reporting
- Assist with Absence Management and HR compliance reporting
- Create and update HRIS documentation and training materials
- Train HR users on Workday processes and best practices
- Participate in HRIS projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of HRIS experience with strong Workday expertise
- Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and business process setup
- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Workday Recruiting and Onboarding experience
- HR operations and data management experience
- Experience with HR reporting, testing, and system upgrades
