What You’ll Do

Lead and Develop New Talent

  • Deliver engaging live training for new agents on dental eligibility, claims, accounts receivable, payment posting, dental software, and professional communication
  • Guide trainees through real-world scenarios to build confidence and practical skills

Ensure Readiness and Quality

  • Evaluate trainee performance using real work examples and accuracy reviews
  • Identify knowledge gaps early and provide targeted coaching
  • Maintain high standards for quality, compliance, and professionalism

Build Training Systems That Scale

  • Create and update training videos, SOPs, and learning materials
  • Manage learner progress through training platforms
  • Track trainee performance and readiness metrics

Collaborate Across the Organization

  • Work closely with HR, QA supervisors, and Operations to align training with production needs
  • Provide daily progress updates and highlight risks or improvement areas
  • Support the development of future supervisors and revenue managers
