Primary Responsibilities
Client HR Technology Support and Optimization
- Oversee the support of all client-supported HR technologies, including ADP Workforce Now, Rippling, Paylocity, and other HRIS and employee self-service platforms.
- Partner with clients and Melita staff to optimize utilization of HR systems, delivering comprehensive, compliant, streamlined processes with a high-quality user experience.
- Work closely with Melita Implementation Team on the implementation and configuration of HR and employee self-service modules across supported platforms for new and existing clients.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex client issues across the HR technology stack, coordinating resolution with vendors, internal teams, and Salesforce developers as needed.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of integrations and data feeds between HRIS platforms, payroll systems, benefits carriers, and Melita’s internal systems.
- Support clients with basic integrations and troubleshoot data feed issues, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness across systems.
- Partner with Salesforce developers and external vendors to scope, test, and deploy new integrations and enhancements.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and internal stakeholders to optimize Melita’s use of Salesforce and supporting technologies in service of HR operations and client delivery.
- Help prioritize, test, and roll out enhancements, bug fixes, and new features, keeping clients and Melitians informed throughout.
- Manage internal and client-facing content related to HR Systems, including MyMelita, Workforce Now, Rippling, and Paylocity training materials and reference resources.
- Drive high levels of utilization and client appreciation of Melita’s technology offerings through clear documentation, enablement, and proactive client engagement.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Systems professionals, starting with one direct report and scaling as the function grows.
- Set priorities, manage workload, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery across client implementations, support cases, and integrations work.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance feedback, and annual reviews; participate in hiring decisions for the team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and client-first service.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, and supporting HRIS platforms, with deep working knowledge of at least two of the following: ADP Workforce Now, Rippling, Paylocity.
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and maintaining HRIS integrations and data feeds (payroll, benefits carriers, time and attendance, GL, etc.).
- Strong understanding of HR operations, including employee lifecycle, benefits administration, payroll inputs, leave administration, and compliance considerations.
- Proven leadership qualities, including the ability to coach, develop, and hold others accountable; prior experience leading or mentoring direct reports preferred.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to data accuracy and process integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across clients and internal initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in an HR outsourcing, PEO, or HR consulting environment supporting multiple clients concurrently.
- Working familiarity with Salesforce as a platform for client and case management.
- Experience with HRIS implementations and data migrations.
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or relevant HRIS/vendor certifications (e.g., ADP, Rippling, Paylocity).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
