Position Overview
The HR Systems and Technology Director supports the administration, optimization, and evolution of the organization’s HR technology ecosystem. This highly hands-on role focuses on improving current use of ADP Workforce Now while supporting the organization’s longer-term HRIS roadmap, including expansion of global workforce insights through UKG OneView or other future platforms. The Director strengthens system utilization, data integrity, integrations, and reporting capabilities that support HR and Finance stakeholders. The role also supports HRIS implementations, testing, and transitions to ensure continuity, data quality, and reliable workforce insights as systems evolve. Additionally, a core responsibility of this position is documenting and standardizing HR systems and workflows through clear, well-governed SOPs that support scalability, audit readiness, and effective system adoption.
As a Director, you will:
HRIS Transition and Implementation Support:
- Participate in planning, testing, data validation, and user support activities related to HRIS implementations and transitions.
- Support the implementation and ongoing use of UKG OneView and HR modules to provide consolidated visibility into the organization’s global workforce.
- Help ensure continuity, accuracy, and reliability of HR data during system changes.
HRIS Administration and Optimization:
- Support ongoing administration and maintenance of ADP Workforce Now, including employee data updates, system configuration changes, and data quality checks.
- Assist with ongoing system optimization to improve usability, efficiency, and data integrity.
- Function as a point of contact for HRIS-related questions and issues; troubleshoot system access, data, reporting, and integration issues for employees and internal stakeholders, escalating more complex issues as appropriate.
Process Improvement and SOP Development:
- Identify opportunities to improve HR systems and workflows through process and technology enhancements.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to prioritize SOP development, define ownership and approval processes, and establish regular review cadences.
- Write, standardize, and maintain HR SOPs, including step-by-step guidance, process maps, templates, and documentation; maintain an accessible SOP repository to support audit readiness and knowledge sharing across HR.
Data Integrity, Integrations, and Reporting:
- Perform regular audits and validation of HRIS data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance; identify and resolve data discrepancies in partnership with PPHC Administrative Liaisons.
- Assist with the creation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of HRIS file feeds and integrations with external vendors.
- Run, maintain, and enhance standard and ad hoc HR reports; improve accuracy, consistency, and usability to meet HR and Finance reporting needs.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining internal control testing and IPO-related reporting requirements.
Benefits Systems Support and Reconciliation:
- Assist in completing benefits reporting requirements; develop and execute system for auditing benefits invoices.
- Support benefits administration and invoicing processes within the HRIS.
- Build and maintain vendor data interfaces and carrier connections.
- Lead benefits invoice reconciliation and analysis, including maintaining and enhancing Power BI dashboards and data models used for auditing, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Perform other duties as needed to meet departmental and company-wide goals.
To be successful, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience administering ADP WorkForce Now and/or UKG OneView across multiple modules
- Experience using Excel and Power BI to enhance reporting and reconciliation
- Demonstrated experience maintaining HR data integrity, including audits, validation, and correction of employee records
- Strong reporting and analytical skills, with experience running, maintaining, and improving HR reports
- Familiarity with web based relational databases and systems
- Advanced written and oral communication skills
- Professional demeanor and presence; ability to foster trust based working relationships
- Proficient in MS Office suite; primarily Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to operate with integrity and ethics, and maintain highest levels of confidentiality
- High level of detail and demonstrated work output with little/no errors
- Sense of urgency; willingness and ability to meet and exceed established deadlines
- Wide-ranging human resources, payroll, and or benefits administration experience
- Organizational agility
- A “Can – Do” Attitude
What prefer that you also have:
- Experience in a professional services environment
- Knowledge of/experience in government relations, public affairs, or public relations industry
- Experience working at publicly traded company
