Our client is seeking a Manager, People Insights & Analytics to lead enterprise workforce analytics, reporting, and people-data strategy initiatives. This individual will help transform complex workforce data into actionable business insights that support strategic talent and organizational decisions across the enterprise.

[This is an on-site position in Savannah, Georgia. They will support a relocation.]

This role will oversee analytics, reporting, workforce planning support, KPI development, and data governance initiatives across multiple areas of the people function, including talent acquisition, workforce development, employee experience, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of analytical expertise, business partnership skills, management/leadership capabilities, and the ability to communicate data-driven insights to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-wide workforce analytics and people reporting initiatives
  • Develop and deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and executive-level insights
  • Support workforce planning, forecasting, and organizational modeling efforts
  • Analyze trends and insights across talent acquisition, workforce development, employee experience, technical training, and talent management
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and resolve data quality and governance issues
  • Translate workforce data into actionable recommendations tied to business performance
  • Oversee onboarding and integration of new datasets into workforce analytics platforms
  • Maintain expertise in HR systems, data architecture, and workforce analytics tools
  • Standardize reporting processes, analytics methodologies, and data quality controls
  • Manage analytics security, access permissions, and compliance requirements
  • Lead and mentor analytics team members while helping establish team priorities and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or insights-focused roles
  • Experience supporting workforce, HR, people analytics, or organizational initiatives
  • Experience managing professional-level employees, projects, and programs
  • Strong experience with Power BI and database querying/reporting tools
  • Advanced Excel skills
