Organizational Development & Training Specialist Description

Our client, a global industrial leader, is seeking a hands-on Organizational Development Partner to join their Cleveland-based HR team. This is an individual contributor role—ideal for someone who enjoys being in the trenches, directly executing and delivering programs rather than managing a team. Reporting to the Regional Director of HR, you will drive and execute key initiatives across the North American region (US, Canada, and Mexico), including employee engagement, leadership development, training, and organizational effectiveness. This role requires a builder and doer—someone who can move seamlessly from strategy to execution and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to make things happen. If you thrive in a role where you can own initiatives end-to-end, influence leaders, and directly impact the employee experience, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful and visible impact.
