We are currently in search of a UKG Technical Lead to join our Technology team in Grapevine, TX. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes initiative to meet critical timelines, thrives on innovation and problem solving, and is able to work across different teams in fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for managing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing UKG Pro platform. This role is a leadership role and reports to the Senior Manager, HR Technology.

This role is 5 days a week onsite in Grapevine, TX.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide strategic oversight for the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of all HR modules, ensuring system integrity and operational excellence across the entire platform.
  • Ensure system configuration is compliant with all current regulatory, business, and security needs.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders across the organization to identify opportunities to upgrade and enhance the associate UX. Build and execute a plan for solutioning (end-to-end business process mapping and technology architecture).
  • Manage the technical direction of projects, mentor team members, and ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited program in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years' experience with UKG Pro configuration (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Performance, Compensation, Benefits, GL, WFM, Reporting).
  • 3+ years' experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and enterprise application integrations (EAI) using technologies (ie, Boomi, UKG connectors) is preferred.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; including oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills; with ability to adjust style, content and deliver effective presentations to the target audience.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
  • Ability to build relationships and foster trust at all levels of the organization.
  • Consistently demonstrate a commitment to GameStop policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, Data security/privacy protocols, and ethical responsibilities.
  • Must be available and willing to work outside of standard business hours, as needed.
