We are looking for a Senior HRIS Project Manager for one of our clients based in England. This role plays a key part in overseeing the workstreams with the HR Tech projects, responsible for planning, execution, and successful delivery. This includes business process, Success Factors experience, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional and geographical teams to achieve project goals.

This is a client-facing role, open to employees or freelancers. The project is currently scheduled through year-end, with the opportunity to extend the partnership as our project portfolio expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Scope Definition: Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables with stakeholders and develop comprehensive plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
  • Project Execution and Monitoring: Oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery and quality, tracking progress, managing risks, and updating stakeholders regularly
  • Governance: Lead governance activities, including preparing materials and facilitating project meetings to drive progress and decision-making
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources effectively, defining roles, responsibilities, and communication channels across teams
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and milestones while managing expectations
  • Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, manage cost variances, and ensure financial compliance in collaboration with finance and procurement teams
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive monitoring and collaboration with stakeholders to minimize impacts
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards through regular reviews, testing, and validation with subject matter experts
  • Lessons Learned and Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in project management practices

Job Requirements:

  • 10+ years relevant experience in project management
  • Proven experience as a project leader, HR technology-related project experience with Success Factors – a must
  • Skilled user of PowerPoint and Excel – a must
  • Proven experience in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Strong functional understanding of the HR domain
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and teamwork, but knowing when to be hands on
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
