KAEFER Integrated Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Advisor – People and Culture to join our collaborative, high-performing team. We are committed to supporting professional growth and recognising strong performance. This role is instrumental in driving operational success by partnering with leaders, delivering practical and commercially sound people solutions, and fostering a positive employee experience within a complex industrial environment.
This is a full-time position based in Perth CBD, with regular interstate travel to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Accountabilities
- Partner with WA and NT operational leaders to align workforce strategies with business objectives, including cyclical People & Culture activities, while providing support to Eastern Operations as required.
- Manage and resolve ER matters - performance management, grievances, and workplace investigations.
- Provide coaching and practical advice across performance management, leadership development, employee relations, and engagement.
- Interpret and provide expert guidance on enterprise agreements, People & Culture policies and relevant employment legislation.
- Design and deliver training sessions on People & Culture and leadership topics.
- Support workforce planning, demobilisation and redundancy process.
- Support HRIS/LMS implementation, maintain people‑data integrity, and contribute to reporting and dashboards.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of People & Culture frameworks, processes, and practices.
About you:
- Strong HR generalist experience within mining, resources, construction.
- Tertiary qualification in HR management or related field.
- Extensive knowledge of performance management, workplace investigations, employee relations and handling of grievances, employee lifecycle and operational people and culture functions.
- Strong analytical capability with a focus on data-driven insights and continuous process improvement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict management, and relationship building skills.
- A collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
