THE ORGANISATION
Join a global financial services organisation with a high-performing and collaborative HR function. With approximately 300 employees, this is an opportunity to take ownership of people operations across ANZ, holding end-to-end accountability for HR operational delivery and governance.

THE ROLE
Reporting into the Head of HR and partnering closely with the broader HR team, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring compliant, high-quality HR service delivery across the ANZ region.
- Key responsibilities:Own end-to-end HR operations across the full employee lifecycle for ANZ, ensuring seamless and consistent service delivery
- Lead HR governance, audits, and compliance activities across the region
- Interpret and implement Australian and New Zealand employment legislation and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance
- Act as a key point of accountability for HR operational processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and risk mitigation
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to support effective HR service delivery
THE CANDIDATE
To be successful in this role, you will bring prior experience in a senior HR Operations or HR Generalist position within financial services or professional services. You will have strong expertise in HR governance, policy frameworks, and compliance management, along with a solid understanding of Australian employment legislation (with New Zealand exposure highly regarded). Experience working in complex, matrixed or regulated environments is essential, as is the ability to operate proactively and autonomously. You will be highly detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and control. You will also be a proactive and self-driven professional, capable of working autonomously, with strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
