You will translate business strategy into a clear people agenda, driving organisational capability and building high-performing leadership teams to ensure the successful delivery of goals across areas of the business.

key accountabilities:

• Partner with General Manager and Executive Manager stakeholders to translate overarching business priorities into robust, actionable People Plans.
• Lead organisational design, change management, and culture initiatives that drive sustainable productivity and engagement.
• Drive talent calibration, succession planning, and leadership development strategies to build a future-ready workforce.
• Utilise people metrics and dashboards to provide targeted outcomes and recommend adjustments that enhance organisational performance.
