We are delighted to be partnering with a leading Australian FMCG business who are seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join its P&C team in a high-impact, senior-facing role. This is a role within a complex, multi-site, operational environment where strong commercial thinking and pragmatic leadership capability are essential.

This is a true business partnering opportunity where you will have a tangible impact on a highly successful organisation. You'll partner with senior leaders – influencing decisions, shaping workforce strategy, and driving measurable business outcomes through people.

Role Overview

You'll work across a national portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor on all people and capability matters. Translating business strategy into practical workforce solutions that improve performance, productivity, risk management, and leadership capability. You will also play a key role in lifting the overall capability and consistency of the broader P&C Business Partnering function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into actionable workforce and people priorities
  • Provide commercially grounded advice across organisational design, employee relations, capability, and performance
  • Drive outcomes that improve productivity, cost efficiency, engagement, and workforce capability
  • Influence, coach, and challenge leaders to strengthen accountability and leadership effectiveness
  • Manage complex employee relations and risk matters with strong, balanced judgement
  • Ensure appropriate escalation and visibility of key people risks and issues
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of P&C initiatives with strong ownership and follow-through
  • Contribute to capability uplift and consistency across the broader P&C Business Partnering team

Experience Profile

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR / P&C Business Partner in a complex, multi-site organisation
  • Exposure to operational or industrial environments (blue-collar and white-collar workforce mix desirable)
  • Experience working with enterprise agreements is highly advantageous
  • Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
