Workday HRIS Analyst (HCM & Time Tracking)

Location: Brisbane (Hybrid)

Join a global leader in last-mile delivery logistics as a Workday HRIS Analyst to support a significant digital transformation. This Brisbane-based hybrid role focuses on ensuring a compliant and functional migration of payroll and time & attendance functions from Dayforce into an established Workday environment. You will act as a functional specialist during the final stages of a global go-live, ensuring the technical health of HCM and Time Tracking modules for the Australian market.

What You Will Do:

• Perform comprehensive system audits and configuration checks to ensure the Workday environment is technically sound.
• Review and adjust system settings to maintain 100% alignment with Australian payroll legislation, Fair Work requirements, and local awards.
• Provide hands-on functional support during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase by identifying and resolving logic gaps or bugs.
• Partner with the local HR team and international implementation partners to provide high-touch support during the July cutover.
• Serve as the local subject matter expert, effectively translating Australian business requirements to the global implementation team.
  
  

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Possess 5-7 years of dedicated experience specifically as an HRIS Analyst.
• Expert-level knowledge of the Workday HCM suite, with deep experience in Absence and Time Tracking modules.
• Strong understanding of the Australian payroll landscape, including awards, superannuation, and time-tracking compliance.
• Proven experience in managing complex HRIS migrations or global system implementations.
• Technical proficiency to "get under the hood" of a system to audit configurations and rectify technical issues.
