What You Would Do:
- Support the setup and improvement of internal people operations workflows (onboarding, offboarding, compliance tracking, employee records)
- Help audit and organize the tools a company is already using for HR, payroll, and team management
- Assist with mapping out where processes are breaking down and documenting cleaner handoffs
- Coordinate between founders, managers, and any external HR or payroll partners to make sure nothing slips through
- Help maintain employee documentation, checklists, and internal process guides
Who This Is For:
- You have worked in operations, office management, people ops, or HR coordination at a small or mid-size company
- You are comfortable working independently and managing your own tasks without heavy oversight
- You understand how small teams actually work and where the friction usually shows up
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and good at keeping things from falling through the cracks
- Bonus if you have experience with any HRIS, payroll, or project management tools
