Soni’s client is seeking an HR Systems & Operations Analyst to support HR technology, systems, and process optimization initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who enjoys working at the intersection of HR, systems, and operations in a collaborative and evolving environment.
Reporting to HR leadership, this individual will support learning management systems, maintain HR workflows, ensure data integrity, and contribute to governance and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within HR systems and operations.
Responsibilities of the HR Systems & Operations Analyst:
· Support and administer learning management systems (LMS), including training content, user support, and troubleshooting
· Generate and distribute LMS reports to HR and business leaders
· Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support HR systems and resolve issues
· Maintain HR governance, documentation, and internal controls to ensure audit readiness and compliance
· Build and enhance workflows and forms within systems like Nintex, including routing logic and approvals
· Test system updates, monitor performance, and resolve workflow or system issues
· Provide support to managers and employees on HR systems and training-related inquiries
· Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR platforms
· Identify and support process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
· Assist with additional duties to support HR operations and organizational needs
Requirements of the HR Systems & Operations Analyst:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
· 0–3 years of experience in HR, operations, or a related field
· Experience or exposure to HR systems, workflow tools, or automation platforms (LMS, HRIS, Nintex, Power Automate, etc.)
· Ability to work in a regulated environment and support compliance and audit processes
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with Cornerstone and/or Nintex
· Exposure to process improvement or system implementation initiatives
Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annually
Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
