Position Summary

The HRIS Analyst supports the administration, configuration, and optimization of the organization's Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This role works closely with the HRIS lead to triage system issues, support data integrity, and drive resolution of incidents and configuration requests across HR technology systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with active post-go-live stabilization activity.

As the HRIS Analyst, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day functional support across Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, Goals, and Recruiting.
  • Execute HCM Data Loader (HDL) processes for data loads, corrections, and reconciliation.
  • Assist with BPM Worklist and workflow configuration adjustments.
  • Support security role validation, access provisioning requests, and audit documentation.
  • Triage and resolve incidents logged in ServiceNow, maintaining accurate work notes and escalation records.
  • Partner with the HRIS lead on system testing, upgrade readiness, and integration troubleshooting.
  • Document configurations, procedures, and known issue resolutions to build internal knowledge.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience in a functional or technical analyst capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience with HDL, OTBI/BI Publisher, and BPM Worklist.
  • Familiarity with Oracle security architecture including data roles, job roles, and person security profiles.
  • Experience supporting ITSM processes (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a post-go-live stabilization or implementation support environment.
  • Exposure to Oracle Workforce Compensation, Absence Management, or Goals modules.
  • Understanding of HCM integrations (ADP, Active Directory/Entra ID, or similar).
  • SOX/audit support experience a plus.
