We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical People Analytics & HR Transformation Associate to join our HR team. In this role, you will support workforce analytics, HR reporting, and transformation initiatives that help improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
You will work closely with HR, operations, and leadership teams to analyze workforce data, optimize HR processes, and contribute to data-driven decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in HR technology, analytics, and organizational development.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and maintaining HR and workforce data.
- Support the preparation of HR dashboards, reports, and workforce insights.
- Monitor HR metrics such as employee engagement, retention, recruitment, and attendance trends.
- Assist with maintaining HR systems, reporting accuracy, and process documentation.
- Support HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify workforce trends and operational improvements.
- Help ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information and records.
- Support employee surveys, analytics projects, and reporting activities.
- Stay updated on HR analytics tools, reporting practices, and industry trends.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Psychology, or related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, HRIS, or reporting tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and workforce reporting concepts is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Internship or project experience related to HR analytics or reporting is an advantage.
