We are looking for a driven and analytical People Analytics & HR Transformation Lead to join our remote HR and transformation team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about combining HR, data analytics, and digital transformation to improve workforce strategies and employee experience.

You will support HR analytics initiatives, assist in process improvement projects, and help drive data-informed decision-making across HR operations. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both people operations and business transformation.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting workforce and HR-related data.
  • Support the development of dashboards and reports for HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Identify trends and insights related to hiring, retention, engagement, and performance.
  • Help improve and digitize HR workflows and operational processes.
  • Support HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR, operations, and leadership teams on reporting needs.
  • Maintain documentation for HR analytics processes and reporting standards.
  • Assist with employee experience and workforce planning projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Psychology, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in HR analytics, workforce insights, and organizational development.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
  • Internship, academic projects, or related experience is an advantage but not required.
