Ready to challenge the status quo—and rewrite it?
Are you a recruiting leader who believes talent strategy is business strategy? Do you get energized by building global teams that fuel innovation, scale effortlessly, and raise the bar for what “great” looks like? At Omnissa, we’re looking for a bold, thoughtful, and forward-looking VP of Global Talent Acquisition to reimagine how we attract, engage, and hire the people to build what’s next in this modern AI age.
This isn’t a role focused on maintaining the machine. It’s about supercharging the high‑performance engine we’ve built—and ensuring it evolves through deep AI fluency, intelligent automation, and continuous innovation.
You’ll lead the transformation of talent acquisition into an AI-augmented, insight-driven function that accelerates hiring, elevates decision quality, and unlocks entirely new ways to identify and engage talent.
Build an AI-Powered, Data-Led Recruiting Engine
- Champion the responsible adoption of AI, generative AI, and automation to reimagine the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and assessment to offer and onboarding.
- Drive AI fluency across the TA organization, ensuring teams effectively leverage intelligent tools to augment human decision-making, eliminate inefficiencies, and unlock capacity for higher-value work.
- Establish best practices for ethical, transparent, and bias-aware AI usage in hiring, ensuring compliance, trust, and fairness at scale.
- Translate data into insights—and insights into action—enhancing efficiency, equity, and hiring outcomes.
- Continuously evaluate and evolve AI technologies, vendors, and platforms to maintain a best-in-class recruiting ecosystem.
Lead AI Fluency & Future-Ready Talent Practices
- Build a culture of AI fluency across the recruiting organization, equipping teams with the skills, mindset, and tools to thrive in an AI-augmented environment.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to align AI adoption in talent acquisition with broader enterprise AI strategy.
- Identify emerging trends in AI, skills-based hiring, and future-of-work practices—and translate them into scalable recruiting innovations.
- Experiment, iterate, and scale new approaches (e.g., talent intelligence platforms, skills inference, predictive hiring models, conversational AI) to drive competitive advantage.
Lead, Inspire, and Grow an Exceptional Global Team
- Grow and scale a high-performing, globally distributed recruiting organization.
- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous development—one that top recruiting talent wants to be part of.
- Be a visible, trusted leader who coaches, mentors, and empowers others to do the best work of their careers.
Create Scalable, Seamless Experiences
- Design and evolve global recruiting operations that scale with the business while remaining flexible, efficient, and human.
- Deliver a frictionless, memorable experience for candidates and hiring leaders alike.
- Continuously raise the bar on what “great” talent acquisition looks like.
