As an HR Executive, you’ll own the full scope of HR while partnering closely with leadership to build scalable processes, strengthen culture, and drive performance across the organization. What You’ll Do

  • Own and build all core HR functions, policies, and best practices from the ground up
  • Develop and implement HR structures including onboarding, payroll, compensation, and benefits
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive performance, productivity, and profitability
  • Create and execute retention, engagement, and incentive programs that support revenue growth
  • Align HR strategies with sales and operational goals to directly impact business success
  • Lead employee relations efforts and foster a positive, high-energy work environment
  • Maintain a visible presence by actively engaging with employees and leadership on the floor
  • Continuously evaluate and improve organizational structure to support scalable growth
  • Identify inefficiencies, challenge outdated processes, and implement solutions that drive results Analyze headcount, turnover, and retention data to inform strategic decisions
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation to ensure accuracy and consistency

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and partner with executives
  • Proven experience building and scaling HR infrastructure in a growing organization
  • Expertise in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving performance and revenue through people initiatives
  • Extroverted, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience developing retention and incentive programs that improve productivity
  • Confident communicator who can provide clear, actionable feedback to leadership
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive change
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including managing 100+ employees
