A high-growth, multi-unit quick-service restaurant brand is hiring a Head of People to lead people strategy across its expanding footprint.

This is a build-and-scale role. You will own HR end-to-end and partner directly with executive leadership to drive retention, operational performance, and disciplined growth.

What You Will Own

  • Full HR strategy across multi-unit restaurant operations
  • Field-facing HR structure supporting GMs, DMs, and Operations leadership
  • Talent acquisition strategy for high-volume hourly and management hiring
  • Retention, engagement, and performance management systems
  • Labor strategy including compliance, cost control, and workforce planning
  • Leadership development and succession planning across markets
  • HR infrastructure as the brand scales new locations

Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • VP or Senior HR leadership experience within QSR or high-volume restaurant brands
  • Proven oversight of multi-unit, multi-state operations
  • Deep experience supporting field operations teams, not just corporate HR
  • Track record of scaling headcount during aggressive unit growth
  • Strong command of labor compliance, wage/hour regulations, and employee relations
  • Experience building HR systems, not inheriting mature ones

Compensation

  • $150,000 to $175,000 base salary
  • Performance-based bonus structure
  • Executive-level influence and visibility
