CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER
One Model
Administration, People & HR
Perth, WA, Australia
OUR CLIENT
Our client is a national, not‑for‑profit financial services organisation with a long history of supporting its members through accessible, high‑quality services. Its model is deliberately member‑first rather than profit‑driven, reinvesting surpluses to enhance products, improve services and deliver better value to customers.
The business is now entering a new phase of growth and transformation, underpinned by a refreshed executive team and an ambition to strengthen capability and scale sustainably.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the CEO, this is a high impact leadership role with end to end accountability for the organisation’s people strategy and delivery across the employee lifecycle while providing expert counsel on organisational effectiveness, governance and enterprise change.
As a key member of the Executive Team, you will embed people and culture considerations early in strategic planning and material business decisions, ensuring the people agenda is tightly aligned to organisational priorities and growth.
This is a broad, influential Chief People Officer role with genuine scope to shape culture, capability and leadership during a period of organisational growth and transformation. It offers close partnership with an engaged CEO, meaningful executive influence and the opportunity to leave a lasting impact on the organisation’s people and culture strategy.
ABOUT YOU
You’re an executive‑level people leader with a proven ability to develop and deliver people strategies that link directly to business outcomes, performance and growth. Additionally, you bring strong commercial acumen, credibility and presence to engage confidently at CEO, Executive and Board level, with the ability to provide effective counsel and constructive input where needed.
You have a strong track record across organisational design, workforce planning and capability development and are comfortable operating in a regulated or complex environment with strong governance, employee relations and compliance capability.
Experience in organisations of similar scale (A$150m–A$500m revenue) will be highly regarded, as will the achievement of post graduate qualifications in a relevant discipline.
