The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails developer to lead our engineering efforts. Your job will consist of writing code, dev ops and mapping out new product features with the product manager.

We are looking for someone who is thoughtful, smart, enjoys problem solving and is self motivated. The team will rely on you to tell them which approach from a technical perspective is the best way to build a certain feature.

Requirements:
A strong background in Ruby on Rails (4+ years)
Proficient understanding of Git
Proficient in React Native
Familiarity with ReactJS or other frontend javascript frameworks is a plus
Experience with AWS (ECR, EC2, and ECS) is a plus
Experience working on a HIPAA compliant product is a plus
Experience developing applications from the ground up.
Experience with and a preference for full end-to-end integration and unit testing.
You want to work on major aspects of product functionality from back-end systems all of the way through to the user interface (i.e. full-stack)
You must be able to communicate features to non-technical team members
You must be able to evaluate different ways of building a given feature and be able to choose the best route given the time and dev resource constraints if any exist
You must be passionate about what we do. The whole team is.
Experience working with small engineering teams (<5 engineers)
