About the role
As our Lead Product Manager for GenAI, you'll own the end-to-end direction and delivery for Envato's AI-powered tools. This isn't about adding flashy tech for the sake of it. It’s about leading a revolution in the creative workflow, making AI an indispensable partner for our users to get their work done better, faster, and with less friction.
This is a hands-on role where you'll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution. We need a product leader who can dive deep into the tech, obsess over our users' needs, and rally teams to build AI products that creatives actually love. Success means seeing your work make a massive, measurable impact on our community and our business.
What you'll be doing
- Own the AI product playbook, translating ambitious strategic opportunities into clear, actionable roadmaps that deliver real results.
- Be the ultimate champion for our creatives, embedding deep customer understanding into every product decision you make.
- Define a crystal-clear product direction for our AI tools, connecting the team's daily hustle to our biggest goals.
- Lead the charge on cross-functional delivery, working hand-in-glove with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality work at pace.
- Dive in with our tech teams, confidently shaping solutions and exploring emerging technologies to unlock value.
- Embrace the 'build, measure, learn' mantra—shipping fast, validating early, and relentlessly using data to guide your next move.
- Drive momentum and alignment across multiple teams, leading through influence and a passion for getting things done.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure our product delivery is seamless and top-notch
About you
- You have serious product management chops, with 7+ years of experience, ideally in the tech space
- You're no stranger to the world of AI; you've got hands-on experience building AI-powered products or features, especially in the generative or automation space.
- You speak tech fluently and are comfortable discussing architecture or reading code to make informed decisions on technical trade-offs.
- Ambiguity doesn't scare you; in fact, you thrive in it, with a proven knack for delivering real customer impact against the odds.
- You're a master balancer, effortlessly juggling user needs, technical constraints, and commercial goals to find the sweet spot.
- You think like a business owner, with the commercial smarts to connect product decisions directly to
- P&L impact and market dynamics.
- Bonus points if you have a background in creative tools, content creation platforms, or workflows—you get what makes creatives tick!
