Why This Role?

This is not a “job.” This is a founding team seat. You’ll own the core tech that shapes how millions of people experience AI conversations. If you’ve ever wanted to build the voice of a global startup from zero to scale, this is it.

What You’ll Do

• Design and ship production-ready voice AI agents (speech-to-speech or STT-LLM-TTS, low-latency pipelines, integrations with SIP/telephony).
• Architect and optimize real-time systems using tools like LiveKit, Asterisk/Kamailio, Twilio, or WebRTC.
• Work on LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and multi-agent flows.
• Balance hack-fast prototyping with scalable engineering practices.
• Collaborate directly with founders, enterprise customers, and early design partners.
• Shape the engineering culture — from code reviews to hiring standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in real-time audio, speech, or ML systems.
• Hands-on with Python/Go/Node, cloud infra (AWS/GCP), and APIs.
• Experience (or excitement) with telephony/SIP and LLM APIs.
• Someone who thrives in chaos and speed — you’ll wear many hats.
• A builder who cares about impact more than job titles.

Nice to Have

• Startup experience (ideally seed/Series A stage).
• Knowledge of speech synthesis (TTS), ASR, or RAG pipelines.
• Curiosity about multilingual voice AI (Arabic, Japanese, etc.).
