We are currently seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Fertility Coach to join our team. This role will provide personalized coaching and emotional support to individuals or couples navigating fertility challenges, empowering them to achieve their family planning goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personalized Coaching: Provide one-on-one virtual coaching sessions tailored to clients' unique fertility journeys, including creating personalized fertility plans and offering practical advice.
• Emotional Support: Offer compassionate, non-judgmental emotional support to clients struggling with the stress, uncertainty, and emotional complexities of fertility challenges.
• Fertility Education: Educate clients on reproductive health, fertility cycles, and treatment options such as IVF, IUI, and other fertility interventions, helping them make informed decisions.
• Lifestyle Guidance: Provide lifestyle recommendations related to nutrition, stress management, and overall health to optimize fertility outcomes.
• Accountability and Motivation: Help clients stay on track with their fertility plans by setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing regular motivation and support.
• Navigation of Treatment Options: Guide clients in understanding the complex world of fertility treatments, helping them ask the right questions and navigate their interactions with healthcare providers.
• Holistic Support: Take a whole-person approach by incorporating wellness strategies such as mindfulness, stress reduction, and mental health support to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other OneVillage coaches and experts to provide a cohesive, well-rounded experience for clients.

Requirements:

• NBC-HWC Certification: Must be a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach.
• Fertility Coaching Experience: At least 3 years of experience in counseling or coaching clients on fertility-related issues, offering both emotional and practical support.
• Empathy and Compassion: Ability to provide a supportive, caring, and patient-centered approach to helping clients cope with fertility challenges.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain fertility concepts and treatments, and to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with virtual tools and platforms to deliver high-quality remote coaching services.
• RN a Plus: While not required, a background as a Registered Nurse (RN) is a plus, especially in areas like reproductive health or women's health.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with fertility treatments such as IVF, IUI, egg freezing, and other assisted reproductive technologies.
• Familiarity with telehealth or virtual coaching environments.
• A background in women's health, reproductive health, or family planning.
