OneVillage is seeking a highly experienced Payer Enrollment & Credentialing Specialist to help us achieve in-network status with major insurers, including Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end credentialing and contracting process, ensuring that our providers are successfully enrolled with the necessary payers while maintaining compliance with CAQH and other industry standards.

This role requires deep expertise in payer enrollment, provider credentialing, and managed care contracting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with health insurers, medical networks, or credentialing agencies, with a proven track record of successfully securing in-network agreements for healthcare organizations.

This is a contract-based role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who has worked with credentialing and payer contracting teams at healthcare organizations, medical groups, or enrollment service providers.

✅ Manage the payer enrollment process for OneVillage providers, ensuring they are credentialed and contracted with Cigna, BCBS, and other key commercial and government insurers

✅ Prepare and submit credentialing applications, track progress, and follow up with payers to expedite approvals

✅ Maintain accurate and up-to-date CAQH profiles for all providers

✅ Negotiate contract terms and reimbursement rates with payers when necessary

✅ Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing provider credentialing and payer enrollment

✅ Develop and maintain relationships with payer representatives, network development teams, and provider relations contacts

✅ Provide status updates and recommendations to OneVillage leadership on the payer enrollment process

✔️ 5+ years of experience in payer enrollment, provider credentialing, or managed care contracting

✔️ Direct experience securing in-network status with Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) is required

✔️ Strong knowledge of CAQH, NPI, and state-specific credentialing requirements

✔️ Prior experience working with major payers, health systems, or medical groups

✔️ Ability to independently manage the payer enrollment process from start to finish

✔️ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

✔️ Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with payers and internal stakeholders

✔️ Experience negotiating payer contracts and reimbursement structures is a plus

➕ Prior experience working with payer enrollment teams at companies like Cigna, BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, or credentialing service providers

➕ Experience credentialing multi-specialty provider groups, behavioral health, or virtual care providers
