🔑 What You’ll Do

• Provide HIPAA-compliant therapy to individuals or families via secure video sessions.
• Address a range of client needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, caregiving, and chronic illness.
• Collaborate with care navigators and wellness coaches to deliver whole-person care.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Contribute your expertise as we prepare for payer credentialing and future reimbursement models.
• Deliver culturally responsive and trauma-informed care tailored to client backgrounds.
• Support clients with referrals or transitions to other care providers when appropriate.

✅ What You Bring

• Active license (LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, or equivalent) in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure is a plus.
• Experience delivering virtual therapy and using clinical documentation tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a deep sense of empathy.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with flexibility and accountability.

• Background in collaborative care or integrated care environments.
• Bilingual or multilingual fluency.
