Location: Cleveland, OH (mix of office and WFH)

OnStation, a rapidly growing B2B SaaS located in Cleveland OH, is looking for a Sales Development Rep. Employee will be a core part of the growing Sales Team, responsible for finding influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects. We are looking for someone who wants to be a top producer at a scaling startup who helps power the success of everyone on the sales team.

Who We Are

The Leading Digital Stationing Platform: With the OnStation app, heavy highway road construction project CAD files become viewable on any phone, so users get a live station + offset reading wherever they are on the job. Everyone on the job can capture what they see there, without wandering around or wasting time.

Our app supports a variety of heavy civil road construction organizations, such as asphalt paving companies, engineering/inspection and consulting firms, utilities, subcontractors, concrete pavers, as well as departments of transportation and cities and municipalities. We help them find their location out on the road construction project so they can collaborate and document their work more quickly and more safely.

Day In A Life

· Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives

· Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in Hubspot CRM

· Consistently achieve monthly quota for securing product walkthrough calls with qualified prospects

· Utilize CRM to retrieve daily leads and disposition MQLs

· Use Zoominfo, LinkedIn, OnStation data portal, and other software tools to identify prospects and high priority construction projects

· Work collaboratively with Account Executives to design and execute a target account action plan

· Hit daily outreach goals via cold calling, emails, automation enrollment

· Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects

· Develop initial mapping of prospect’s office locations, decision makers, project footprint

· Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

· Experience with HubSpot, MS Office, Notion and LinkedIn a plus

· Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization or strengthen your skills as an individual contributor
