Solutions Engineer

About the Role
As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll serve as the technical bridge between our product, engineering, and customer teams. You’ll design and implement end-to-end solutions that help our partners integrate, deploy, and scale our technology to meet their unique needs. This role blends solutions development, systems architecture, and customer engagement—you’ll be hands-on with APIs, data workflows, and cloud infrastructure while collaborating closely with our partners and stakeholders across the organization to meet real-world clinical and operational needs.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop custom solutions and integrations for key partners and customers
- Implement new solutions across data flow, APIs, cloud and event-driven infrastructure
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance core platform capabilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into system designs
- Work with vendors and external partners on technology implementations.
- Diagnose and resolve complex integration or production issues
- Document and share best practices to improve implementation efficiency and scalability
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth software deployment and integration.
- Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; experience in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS strongly preferred.
- Operates with extreme ownership, urgency, and follow-through
- Highly versatile technical skill set (e.g., APIs, cloud, databases, distributed systems, automation)
- Experience in software development, cloud platforms, DevOps, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills who thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills—able to synthesize and present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Curious and creative—always exploring new technologies and better ways to solve problems
- Passionate about turning ideas into working solutions that deliver measurable impact
