About the Role
OpenLoop’s mission is to bring care anywhere by powering telehealth solutions at scale. The Clinical Education team plays a critical role in ensuring providers are prepared, confident, and technically equipped to deliver high-quality care.
As a CMA Clinical Specialist – Education, you will support the systems, content, and workflows that enable seamless provider onboarding and successful client launches. Your work will help improve consistency, reduce friction, and ensure providers are set up for success from day one.
What You'll Do
Support and maintain onboarding systems and training materials to ensure providers are technically prepared and aligned with current workflows.
Update and improve documentation across platforms (e.g., ClinicApp, Notion, Dosespot, Photon, Amazon Connect) to reflect evolving tools and processes.
Monitor provider-facing channels to identify, troubleshoot, or escalate technical issues, helping reduce onboarding friction.
Assist with client launch preparation by organizing resources, completing quality checks, and supporting standardized workflows.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding and training processes to increase scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support education initiatives and align on operational priorities.
Identify recurring issues or gaps in onboarding or training and surface insights to improve provider experience and readiness.
Attend team touchpoints and contribute to discussions around workflow improvements and team priorities.

Who You Are
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with an active certification.
Strong communicator who can translate technical workflows into clear, user-friendly guidance.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable navigating evolving systems, tools, and operational processes.
Collaborative and proactive, with a willingness to support team goals and cross-functional initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Experience supporting onboarding, training, or operational workflows in a healthcare or telehealth environment.
Ability to interpret and document technical processes with clarity and accuracy.
Experience working with multiple systems or platforms and adapting to frequent updates.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately.
Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in telehealth, healthcare technology, or digital health environments.
Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Confluence, Dosespot, Photon, Amazon Connect, Slack, Zoom, Zoho, and Google Workspace.
Experience contributing to training content, LMS systems, or asynchronous learning environments.
Exposure to client launch processes or operational readiness workflows.
