Business Operations Associate
We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Business Operations Associate to help manage our day-to-day accounting, logistics, legal, and facilities operations. You will work closely with our external resources, including an accounting firm and a legal firm, to ensure the smooth operation of our business. Let’s build resilient, sustainable energy for humans!
The ideal candidate is:
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
- Experienced using multiple software tools to streamline business operations
- Comfortable communicating with external resources and vendors, and maintaining confidentiality as needed
- Able to learn new skills quickly and work with limited supervision
Bonus points for:
- Prior business operations experience
- Relevant experience at an early-stage startup or venture capital firm
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing accounting and financial operations
- Assisting with HR functions and consultant management
- Overseeing inventory management and logistics
- Handling legal paperwork and compliance matters
- Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
- Maintaining and improving facilities operations
- Tracking and analyzing operational data and KPIs
