Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Technical Product Manager to join our product team. In this role, you will be at the intersection of technology and customer engagement, driving the development and integration of our cutting-edge indoor location solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings and ensure seamless customer experiences. You will be a key member of the product team, leading strategic initiatives, and helping us build outstanding and delightful indoor navigation experiences for people around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and improvement of our indoor location solutions, with a focus on mobile SDKs and APIs. Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Write specs, manage project execution, and define product rollout strategy and communications. Communicate product roadmap, learnings, advocate for new features, and write documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide support during complex integration processes. Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product strategy and roadmap.
  • Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation. Provide training and support to internal teams and customers to facilitate product adoption.
  • Work closely with our R&D teams (tech leads, algorithm researchers, and engineers) to prioritize initiatives and features for each development iteration, aligning with user needs and business agendas.
  • Frequently interact with strategic customers and customer-facing team members to gain a deep understanding of their needs, opportunities, and pain points.


  • Technical Background: Strong technical background, preferably with experience as a mobile developer or experience with mobile SDKs and APIs. Experience in one of the following - engineering, QA, BI, or technical project management.
  • Product Management Experience: 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech industry. Experience in a product management role at a B2B startup environment (deep tech startup - an advantage).
  • Customer-facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage and support customers through complex integration processes. Experience in customer-facing positions is an advantage.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and technical knowledge, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Great understanding of data and how to interpret it to improve products.
  • Documentation and Communication: Experience in creating detailed product specifications and user stories. Fluent in English, both verbal and writing.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Proven ability to take the initiative and build strong and productive relationships.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
