Job Summary:

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing a big account, ensuring their needs are met, and driving product adoption to achieve customer satisfaction and retention.

This person will work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Serve as their trusted advisor and ensure that they receive exceptional service at all times.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their business goals, ensuring our products and services are aligned with their needs. Monitor customer satisfaction and drive initiatives that promote retention.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Drive cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to ensure clients get the most value from our offerings.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring smooth transitions and product adoption. Provide ongoing training and support to clients as necessary.
  • Act as a point of escalation for client concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve product or service-related issues.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to ensure client needs are communicated and met. Participate in regular internal meetings to review client feedback and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor client usage data and key performance metrics, providing reports and insights to clients. Use data to drive conversations around product optimization and customer success.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing client relationships in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable plans.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or tech solutions with a focus on retail is preferred, but not required.
  • The position requires the candidate to be located in or near Bentonville, Arkansas.
