Job Summary:

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to oversee and manage field operations. This role will involve planning and executing complex administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, leading a team of operators, and processing operational data. You will join our dynamic team to help expand our service to buildings worldwide and assist people in navigating indoors.

What should you bring to the table:

  • Ability to manage multiple administrative projects simultaneously
  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and patience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Fluent/high-level English proficiency
  • Experience in shift management and logistics organization, with a proven ability to solve operational problems

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong scheduling and coordination skills
  • Comfortable with computers/apps and quick to learn new systems
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good sense of direction and map-reading ability
  • Passion for improving internal processes and operational efficiency
  • Flexibility to be available for global operations, including evenings and occasional extra hours
