A well-established software company specializing in ERP systems and Field Service Management solutions is looking for a Technical Support & Client Training Representative with a strong tech orientation and a passion for growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Training new and existing B2B clients
- Providing Tier 1 technical support
- Working directly with end-users and managers
- Handling basic IT and telephony equipment
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong technical orientation – a must
- Experience in training – an advantage
- Familiarity with SQL and Java – a significant plus
- Experience with ERP systems – an advantage
- Military tech background (Mamram/IDF C4I Corps) – a plus
Location: B.S.R Towers, Bnei Brak (right by the light rail)
Hours: 8:30–17:30
