We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Technical Support Representative to join our Technology team in Israel. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical assistance to internal employees and users, troubleshoot issues related to the GGT system and software, and ensure our systems operate smoothly and efficiently. Your work will directly support the daily operations of our global organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to employees and users across the organization.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to GGT systems, software applications, and hardware.
  • Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and resolve issues.
  • Track and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution and high service quality.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Technology, Product, and Operations to support business continuity.
  • Document processes, recurring issues, and technical solutions for internal knowledge bases.
  • Support continuous improvement across systems and internal tools.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Previous experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service roles.
  • High customer service orientation and commitment to delivering excellent support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Essential: Basic SQL knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to diagnose technical issues with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several priorities simultaneously.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Zendesk and Jira.
  • Previous support experience in a global or technology-driven company.
  • Familiarity with APIs or system integrations is an advantage.
  • Experience documenting processes or writing technical instructions.
