A leading company is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join the internal IT team and provide hands-on and remote support to users across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users (hardware/software/network)
- Manage and resolve tickets through SYS AID
- Handle user and system management in Windows environment
- Administer Office 365 and Active Directory
- Support communication equipment, antivirus, and organizational tools
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (IP, DHCP, VLAN)
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support (site support) – required
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Office365 applications – required
- Experience with AD / ENTRA / Intune – advantage
- Familiarity with communication equipment and security systems – advantage
