What You'll Do:- Provide technical support to clients Remotely and on-site.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows OS/Server issues.
- Manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Work with networking infrastructure (wired & wireless).
- Collaborate with a professional team to deliver top-tier service.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, and Entra.
- Experience with AD, networking, and IT infrastructure.
- Advantage: Familiarity with CCTV, PBX, Wi-Fi and hospitality industry.
- Certifications like MCSA or CCNA – a plus.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Team player with leadership potential.
- Independent and proactive mindset.
