Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Help Desk Representative. The Help Desk Representative will be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving inquiries in a timely manner. Responsibilities include responding to customer queries, escalating complex issues to the relevant departments, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Your day-to-day activities will mainly include:

Help users with everyday issues with their Windows, Printers, Ethernet, Wifi, etc...

Configure new laptops and keep clients’ systems secure and up to date.

Monitor alerts from Defender and Sophos and check backups

Visit client offices when needed to troubleshoot or set up equipment.

What we’re looking for:

Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and networking basics.

Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals (EDR, MFA, backups, etc.).

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
