We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our operations and support team.
In this role, you will provide support to platform users and B2B partners, helping resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a smooth experience across Playnance-powered platforms.
This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is responsible, service-oriented, and eager to grow — not necessarily someone with years of experience.

• Providing day-to-day support to users and partners
• Handling inquiries via chat, email, or ticketing systems
• Troubleshooting basic platform and user issues
• Escalating technical issues to relevant internal teams
• Communicating clearly and professionally with users
• Helping maintain a high-quality user experience
