Role Description

We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our operations and support team.

In this role, you will provide support to platform users and B2B partners, helping resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a smooth experience across Playnance-powered platforms.

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is responsible, service-oriented, and eager to grow — not necessarily someone with years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day support to users and partners

• Handling inquiries via chat, email, or ticketing systems

• Troubleshooting basic platform and user issues

• Escalating technical issues to relevant internal teams

• Communicating clearly and professionally with users

• Helping maintain a high-quality user experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and clear written English

• Service-oriented mindset and high sense of responsibility

• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working with users and resolving issues

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Interest in technology, gaming, or digital platforms

Previous experience in support or customer service is a plus — but not required.
