Requirements:
- Graduate of MCSE / MCITP / MCSA / CCNA / CCNP course
- At least one year of experience in technical support, end-user support, and troubleshooting – an advantage
- Knowledge in the field of Networking – a significant advantage
- Familiarity with Office 365 – an advantage
- Familiarity with Active Directory – an advantage
- Very good level of English – mandatory
- High motivation
- Excellent interpersonal skills
