We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join a large, well-known, and stable company.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of MCSE / MCITP / MCSA / CCNA / CCNP course
  • At least one year of experience in technical support, end-user support, and troubleshooting – an advantage
  • Knowledge in the field of Networking – a significant advantage
  • Familiarity with Office 365 – an advantage
  • Familiarity with Active Directory – an advantage
  • Very good level of English – mandatory
  • High motivation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
