Job Description:

As a Graphic QA Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving digital maps produced by internal teams and external studios. You will ensure that every map meets Oriient’s quality standards, follows graphic guidelines, and aligns with client requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review digital maps to ensure they meet all quality and visual standards.
• Validate that layers, structures, formatting, and visual elements are correct and consistent.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing elements, and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Compare maps against internal guidelines, templates, and reference materials.
• Track recurring issues and escalate problems that may impact operations or project timelines.
• Maintain consistency across thousands of maps in large-scale projects.
• Manage multiple QA tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus and precision.

Requirements:

• Fluent English at a high level
• Extremely detail-oriented, patient, and precise, key to success in this role.
• Strong sense of visual structure, spacing, and consistency.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Figma and Illustrator — expert-level skills not required, but must be comfortable using them for validation.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage several QA queues simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and QA processes.
