We are currently seeking an energetic, friendly and responsible Field Ops Office Coordinator to help keep our office, Field OPS, and bookkeeping processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

Field Ops Support

  • Reporting to and working closely with the Field Ops Manager
  • Managing all behind-the-scenes operational processes that allow Field Ops to run efficiently
  • Supporting scheduling needs, documentation, trackers, and operational workflows
  • Coordinating between Field Ops, mapping partners, supervisors, and internal teams

Logistics & Vendor Coordination

  • Managing vendor and supplier relationships relevant to Field Ops
  • Overseeing supply needs, equipment inventory, phone/tablet allocation, and shipment tracking
  • Ensuring all logistics for mapping projects are prepared, including materials, kits, devices, and tools

Back-Office Support

  • Organizing and maintaining internal records, files, and data accuracy in Ops spreadsheets
  • Supporting onboarding logistics for new mappers, supervisors or Field Ops hires
  • Coordinating travel booking for field personnel (internal partners)

Coordination & Communication

  • Supporting meeting scheduling, calls, field briefings, operational updates, and alignment sessions
  • Helping prepare summaries, reports, and operational materials
  • Acting as the “ops flow” point-person—ensuring everyone has what they need, when they need it

Administrative & Bookkeeping Support

  • Assisting with vendor invoices and cost tracking related to Field Ops
  • Coordinating monthly reporting, hours verification, or payroll inputs for mapping partners
  • Maintaining clear, up-to-date documentation across all systems

  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and reliable
  • Fun, positive, and collaborative — someone the team enjoys having around
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken
  • Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets) — experience in logistic/ops tools is a bonus
