Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the design and development of Oriient’s internal platforms and AI-powered operational tools. This role focuses on building scalable systems that improve efficiency across mapping, data operations, client onboarding, validation, analytics, and customer success workflows.
You will drive adoption of AI agents and automation frameworks that optimize processes, minimize manual work, improve data quality, and enable teams to operate at scale. You will partner closely with engineering, data, AI, and operations teams to translate operational needs into robust platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal Tools and Platforms
- Design, own, and enhance Oriient’s internal platforms across mapping, data operations, onboarding, analytics, and customer success.
- AI Agents and Automation
- Lead development and deployment of AI agents and workflows that automate operational processes, enhance decision-making, and unlock scale.
- Product Ownership
- Drive your product areas end-to-end from strategy to implementation, rollout, and iteration with clear KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Execution
- Collaborate daily with R&D, algorithms, and infrastructure teams on requirements spanning backend services, pipelines, and AI systems.
- Operational Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work directly with Ops, Mapping, and Customer Success to identify pain points and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
- Product Definition & Delivery
- Create detailed specifications, user stories, rollout processes, training materials, and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS or deep-tech product management experience.
- Strong data systems background, APIs and cloud tooling.
- Experience with AI or workflow automation platforms, including agent-based tools or RAG systems - Must and give examples. Which tool did you build for the product he chooses?
- Hands-on experience designing internal platforms is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to define KPIs and optimize workflows.
- Familiarity with the full design lifecycle, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and prototyping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field preferred.
