We’ve just closed a strong seed round to scale enterprise and government sales. As our Founding Business Development Associate, you’ll be the first sales hire and play a critical role in:
- Expanding relationships with Fortune 500 and government clients
- Refining and scaling our early go-to-market strategy
- Building the top of the pipeline through outbound and inbound
- Working hand-in-hand with the CEO on enterprise deals and product direction
This isn’t a comfortable inbound SDR role. This is a chance to join an early-stage company, own the front line of sales, and grow into running full-cycle enterprise deals as the motion evolves.
What You’ll Do
- Manage outbound campaigns targeting enterprise and government sectors
- Qualify inbound interest and run early discovery calls
- Partner with the CEO on pitches and closing strategic accounts
- Maintain and expand post-sale client relationships
- Feed customer insights directly into product and strategy
- Develop and refine our sales playbook alongside leadership
- Manage pipeline and activity with Attio
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or customer success (enterprise or security/defense sector a plus)
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage complex conversations
- Strong communicator with a self-starter mentality
- Comfortable with ambiguity and helping create process where none exists
- Genuine interest in AI, security, and global risk
Bonus Points For
- Experience in enterprise/government sales
- Prior startup or early-stage experience
- Design skills (Figma)
- Willingness to travel
