Orion is a VC-backed startup building site-level risk intelligence for enterprises and governments operating in volatile environments. We're hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to own core parts of our platform, front to back. You'll ship polished interfaces for complex, high-frequency data and build the APIs behind them.

You'll work directly with our CTO on a tight team. This role is remote-first for now, based in Denver, with plans to move to a hybrid setup as we grow.

What You'll Do:

• Ship full-stack features end-to-end, from UI to API

• Build clean, responsive interfaces for geospatial data, dashboards, and operational views

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL)

• Integrate with third-party data sources and internal pipelines

• Work fast, close to the product

What We're Looking For:

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript (Vue or React)

• Backend experience across Python, Go, and PHP

• Comfortable building with AI coding tools and working in agentic development workflows, this is how we build

• Experience with data-heavy or geospatial interfaces

• Figma fluency and real design instincts

• High ownership, low hand-holding

Bonus Points For:

• Geospatial libraries (Mapbox, Leaflet, H3)

• Observability and debugging in distributed systems

• Exposure to ML/AI data workflows

Compensation: $100,000-$150,000, depending on experience. Benefits include equity, health insurance, and flexible PTO.
